The academy is looking to take on a full-time Learning Support Assistant for a long-term period who can provide 1 to 1 support for a nursery child with learning disabilities. The successful applicant will have the skills to listen and understand the child’s needs to help them develop their learning.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
• A qualification in childcare and/or equivalent knowledge, skills or experience
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN
• First Aid Qualification (preferred)
• A caring and inspiring approach to children
• Able to work under pressure
• A passion to make a positive difference
