The school is looking to take on a full-time Learning Support Assistant / LSA for a long term period who is caring and inspiring. The successful applicant will have the ability to build great rapport with children and staff to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
• Experience working with children in a school setting
• Excellent classroom management
• Open supporting children in groups and an individual basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening and understanding skills
• A relevant qualification in education or childcare (Level 2/3)
