Summary
KRO Hotels Preston T/A Salmesbury Hotel in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Job Duties Include:
• The apprentice will be required to ensure everything is ready and prepared for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner service
• Assisting the kitchen in the preparation of quality dishes for hotel guests or events
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
• Maintain their areas of work and machinery
• Control the order and storage of food supplies and ingredients
• Team work to ensure the kitchen produces dishes in a timely manner.

Hours:
Shift basis working 4 days either a 6am - 2am or 2pm - 10pm / 32 hours per week
