Summary


The post holder will support the Quad leadership team and Deputy Associate Chief Nurse in delivering the Quality and Governance agenda across the entire Medicine Care Group. The post holder will develop a planned programme of work to embed a proactive culture of Quality and Governance within the Care Group.

The post is part of the Care Group’s Quality and Governance Team; a busy but dynamic team that encompasses all elements of quality and safety including PSIRF, Complaints, Claims, Coroners, Risk Management, Compliance, Patient Experience and Clinical Standards and Best Practice.

Please note that shortlisted applicants will need to attend a face to face assessment centre on 15th April 2024.

The post holder will have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of all Quality and Governance activity across the Care Group. This will include providing support for the multidisciplinary teams ensuring that there are robust systems in place to enable the effective implementation of the Quality and Governance agenda.
