Customer Service Advisor (Grade 4)
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor (Grade 4). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and will work closely with our internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints or technical issues.
Escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
Tracking and documenting customer interactions and transactions.
Upselling products and services to existing customers.
Collaborating with colleagues to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.71
