Summary
SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ü To assist the General Manager in running the non-clinical team including workload, resources, policies and development. ü To pro-actively monitor performance and quality standards within the Practice and the patient impact. ü To manage and lead the administration team and workload responding to any known or unknown changes. ü To recruit, induct, retain and develop a multi skilled, change ready team. ü To oversee the claims process for work undertaken as part of enhanced, national or local services including prescriptions. ü To support the General Manager in ensuring the practice fully utilises designated HR, compliance and quality systems. ü To produce and oversee rotas checking compliance to ensure sufficient clinical and administrative cover for the opening hours of the practice including extended access. ü To be the first line of response for premises and IT issues ü To develop and learn the General Manager role
