Workchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, has an exciting position available for a 7.5 Tonne Driver in Batley.Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently transport goods and materials using a 7.5-tonne vehicle- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding driving and transportation- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues- Provide exceptional customer service while making deliveries and building strong relationships with clients- Collaborate with the transport team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and any incidents that may occur- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all timesQualifications:- Valid 7.5 Tonne driving license with relevant CPC qualification- Proven experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver in a similar role- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and safety practices- Ability to handle heavy loads with an emphasis on safety and efficiency- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
