I am looking for a PA to support me in my home for a total of 8 hours a week in Fishponds for 4 hours on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Due to my ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I am looking for a PA.
The main areas of need are Personal and Domestic Care.
Duties to include:
- Assistance with bathing and hair washing
- Selecting and setting out clothes for the week
- Batch cooking meals with some shopping
- Housework and laundry
- Support with medical appointments
Main duties will vary day by day depending on my needs for that day and my energy levels.
What I expect from my PA-
- someone who would protect my energy levels for that day- support me in managing my expectations of that day- manage my expectations for that day when I am not able to- be able to adapt and manage duties to accommodate my varying energy levels- have understanding/compassion/awareness of how I am, particularly when I can not explain myself as this will vary on every visit.
I have many interests which include listening to books when I can, gardening with full supervision, very limited visits from friends, simple and easy going gentle films watched over a length of time , rugby union and other major sports events.

Training is available from us around ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so that you can best support me.
I will be requesting every successful candidate undertake a DBS check.
It is required to have a full clean UK license with your own car.
