Job Advert: HGV 1 ADR Driver (Permanent) - SheffieldWorkchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV 1 ADR Driver for our client based in Sheffield. This exciting opportunity is in the driving industry and offers a permanent position with a pay rate of £17.00 per hour.Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV 1 vehicle in adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies.- Carry out deliveries and collections according to scheduled routes and customer requirements.- Transport goods in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads.- Conduct comprehensive vehicle checks before and after each shift, reporting any defects or issues promptly.- Adhere to ADR regulations and ensure the safe transportation of hazardous materials.- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including completion of relevant paperwork and logbooks.- Provide excellent customer service, building strong professional relationships with clients.Qualifications Required:- Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) license with a minimum of 1-year driving experience.- ADR certificate is essential for the transportation of hazardous materials.- Possession of a valid CPC card and a digital tachograph card.- A clean driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.- Excellent knowledge of current driving and tachograph regulations.- Strong communication skills and a professional and reliable approach to work.Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Monday - Friday.
Weekly pay.
Immediate start.
0400am start time.
For this role you will need your full ADR licence, HGV class 1, hivis and safety boots.
