Job Title: Temporary HGV 1 ADR Driver Location: Sheffield Industry: Driving Workchain is a leading recruitment agency based in the UK. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HGV 1 ADR Driver on behalf of our valued client. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to work within the driving industry and contribute to a reputable organization based in Sheffield.Key Responsibilities:1. Safely and efficiently operate an HGV 1 vehicle, complying with all road safety regulations and guidelines.2. Transport hazardous cargo, including ADR-classified materials, adhering to strict safety protocols and ensuring the integrity of the cargo is maintained at all times.3. Perform pre- and post-driving checks, including vehicle inspection, paperwork, and documentation.4. Plan routes effectively, taking into consideration traffic conditions, delivery schedules, and any specific customer requirements.5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork, such as delivery notes, logbooks, and tachograph records.6. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications Required:1. Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) license with no more than 6 penalty points.2. ADR certification with relevant classes (classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9).3. Proven experience as an HGV 1 driver, preferably with ADR classification.4. Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations within the driving industry.5. Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.6. Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork.Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Monday - Friday.
Weekly pay.
Immediate start.
0400am start time.
For this role you will need your full ADR licence, HGV class 1, hivis and safety boots.
