Conduct safe and efficient transportation of goods using an HGV 1 vehicle, adhering to all legal and safety regulations, including ADR regulations.2. Ensure the timely delivery and collection of goods, planning routes effectively to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.3. Perform thorough vehicle checks, reporting any defects or issues promptly to ensure compliance with company policies and roadworthy standards.4. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and logbooks associated with the delivery, collection, and transportation of goods.5. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.6. Safely load and unload goods, ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transportation.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to a strong health and safety culture within the work environment.8. Maintain regular communication with the transport team, reporting any delays, incidents, or changes promptly.9. Display a high level of flexibility and adaptability as per the industry demands, including occasional weekend or night work requirements.
Qualifications:1. Possess a valid HGV 1 license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.2. Hold an ADR license, certifying the ability to handle and transport dangerous goods, ensuring strict adherence to ADR regulations.3. Demonstrate a clean track record with no more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifications within the last 5 years.4. Excellent knowledge of road transport regulations, highway codes, and traffic laws in the UK.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and the wider team.6. Proven ability to work independently and use initiative when required, displaying a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.7. Physical fitness and stamina to cope with the demands of the job, including the ability to load and unload goods manually when necessary.8. A flexible approach to work patterns, including possible weekend and night shifts.9. A reliable and trustworthy individual, committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Monday - Friday.
Weekly pay.
Immediate start.
0400am start time.
For this role you will need your full ADR licence, HGV class 1, hivis and safety boots.
