Personal assistant needed for my son, aged 10.

He has complex learning difficulties, he has autism, speech and language delay, a medical reflux which causes him to be sensitive to food and smells and causes him to vomit occasionally.

He loves football, he is very knowledgeable.
He likes going to matches, he plays for a team twice a week and likes kicking a football around when his at home.
He likes gaming, fifa and fortnite.
He likes going to the seaside and playing on the arcades.
He likes swimming.
He likes going to the cinema, football Park and trampoline place.

Someone who shares these interests would be helpful to making a good relationship.

He generally is an active boy but does get tired from the school week and sometimes just wants to play PlayStation or watch films/tv series on repeat at the weekend and not go anywhere.

He does love a takeaway which can be made into a walking trip to the city as we live close by with 1 to 1 care he can mange that very well.

He does struggle to communicate his frustrations/feelings/sensory overloads etc, he has siblings which causes alot of his aggressive outbursts.
He can swear, shout & run away.

Looking for someone who has experience in working with children/young people with similar needs & how to deal with challenging behavioural.

A Patient and caring approach is needed.

A resilient person who can adapt quickly to his needs as he can be unpredictable.

Every Wednesday and every other Friday will be help needed at home after school which will be 4.30pm till 6.30pm. To play football with him outside our house, watching TV with him and playing the playstation.
I will always be at home but I have his siblings to look after.

Every other saturday for 2 hours (times may vary) I'm hoping we could build up a routine so the PA can take him out to do something on a saturday as he will enjoy once his comfortable with this.

Same hours for school holidays (days and times would need to be confirmed).
