Summary

Join Caredig as a Front of House Coordinator and make a real difference in the lives of our tenants, helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for tenants. We’re looking for a Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Hazel Court. This is a part-time (24 hours) role. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and helping residents live independently in their homes. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Front of House Coordinator in our Extra Care scheme, you will ensure that our tenants are able to live happily and as independently as possible in their own homes by providing a range of services, such as administration support, housing information, showing properties to new potential tenants, dealing with end of tenancies, reviewing applications regularly, supporting the organisation of community events, running an on-site shop and taking payments. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload, using your initiative and being an effective team player with great communication skills, a flexible approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.



Role: Front of House Coordinator – based in Hazel Court, Swansea

Hours: 24 Hours per week

Pay: £14.78 per hour



Closing Date: Thursday 2nd July 2026

Interview Date: Monday 13th July 2026

There will be a short assessment at the end of the interview.

About the role

As a Front of House Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant and supportive community. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming tenants, visitors, and contractors.

Providing housing information and coordinating admin tasks.

Supporting community events and managing the on-site shop.

Handling payments, petty cash, and basic financial administration.

Showing potential tenants around the scheme and assisting with move-ins.

Maintaining accurate records and liaising with other teams.



About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

Empathetic, diplomatic, and a great communicator

Organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage your own workload.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems

Positive, proactive, and flexible

Team player and flexible.

We welcome previous experience working as Customer Service, Hospitality or Front of House, Receptionist, Customer Service Advisor, Office Administrator, Housing Assistant, Community Support Worker, Community Engagement or Volunteer, Care or Support Backgrounds.
