Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fabrication and materials handling.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines according to technical specifications and production requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Handle materials safely, including loading raw materials and managing finished parts
Use hand tools and basic math skills to assist with assembly, fabrication, or minor adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organised work environment adhering to health and safety standards
Document production data accurately for quality control purposes
Qualifications
Proven experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environments, preferably with CNC machinery
Familiarity with milling operations and the use of hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings
Warehouse experience is advantageous
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm/Friday 8am to 1.30pm.
