Join a collaborative healthcare team where your work will directly support meaningful change across customer sites. As Project Manager, you will support the delivery of process and system improvements across a range of healthcare environments.

You will work closely with operational teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are well organised, clearly communicated, and successfully delivered.

Job Description

This is a highly collaborative role where you will lead meetings, manage activity, and build strong relationships across multiple teams. You will bring structure and focus to project delivery, using data and insight to track progress and support decision making.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering positive change, with a focus on professionalism, continuous improvement, and long term partnership with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and next steps are agreed
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting collaboration and trust
- Coordinate cross functional teams, ensuring activity is aligned and progressing
- Track project actions, monitor progress, and maintain momentum across delivery
- Plan and organise project activities, including events and key milestones
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation where needed
- Provide clear and consistent project reporting to stakeholders
- Support the delivery of change initiatives across healthcare sites
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on delivering high standards

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences
- Highly organised approach with effective planning and coordination skills
- Ability to use data and technology to support decision making and improvement
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared outcomes
- Confident in leading meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
- Logical and structured thinking when managing tasks and timelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Awareness of facilities management or service based environments is beneficial
- Familiarity with project tools or systems such as Monday.com or similar
