Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 40 hours (30-minute unpaid lunch)

MYSHON is a national Intensive Housing Management, Asset Management, and Advisory company established in 2017. Operating out of its Leeds headquarters, it partners with local authorities, charities, and registered providers to manage and support Transitional, Specialist Supported, and Affordable Housing.
MYSHON manages over 4000 homes across the UK delivering tailored support services, maintenance across four key sub-sectors: Specialist Supported Housing, Supported Housing, Transitional Housing, and Affordable Housing. Alongside housing management, they provide portfolio management, consultancy, and facilities management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, helping the office run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming emails, telephone calls, and routine issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, and internal records accurately.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure records are organised and easy to access.
• Support with scheduling meetings, booking rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing information when required.
• Input and update data on systems, ensuring information is accurate and kept up to date.
• Assist different departments with general administration tasks and provide support on shared business processes.
• Help monitor office supplies, place orders when needed, and support with other general office duties.
• Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes by identifying simple ways to work more efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, data protection requirements, and confidentiality standards at all times.

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in administration and office support
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to stay organised and manage tasks with support from the team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• An interest in studying towards a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification or similar
• Any previous work experience involving administration, customer service, or working with information accurately
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• An interest in building a long-term career in business support or office administration
