About Us
Reality Family Support Services provides supervised/supported contact, welfare visits, and family support. We work with authorities and courts to help children maintain safe family relationships. Strong organisation makes our work possible.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Scheduling & Coordination – Manage diaries, sessions, visits, and meetings; confirm arrangements with staff, families, and professionals; keep clear records.
✅ Office Admin – Run daily office tasks; maintain filing systems; handle emails/enquiries; prepare documents and reports.
✅ Systems & Organisation – Use Microsoft Office and digital tools; manage spreadsheets; improve efficiency.
✅ Communication – Act as a professional contact point; respond clearly and resolve queries.

- Strong admin experience in a busy setting
- Confident with computers, email, and spreadsheets
- Great communication skills; works independently and uses initiative
- Handles confidential information professionally

Personal Qualities

Desirable (not essential)
- Experience in social care/family services/local authorities
- Knowledge of safeguarding
- Previous scheduling/coordination experience
