Location: Fylde Coast (Multiple roles across Blackpool available)
Pay: Up to £34,875 per year (DOE)

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a supportive children’s residential care setting on the Fylde Coast. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality care and emotional support to young people, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive life outcomes within a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, consistent care and emotional support to children and young people in residential settings
• Support individuals with daily routines, activities, and personal development plans
• Maintain accurate records, including care plans, daily logs, and key worker reports
• Follow safeguarding procedures, company policies, and relevant legislation at all times
• Promote a safe, structured, and positive environment for both young people and staff
• Work collaboratively as part of a residential care team to ensure consistent support
Requirements:
• Experience working with children or young people in a care, support, or residential setting (preferred)
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) desirable – training support available
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred/essential depending on placement)
• Strong communication skills and a resilient, caring approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) required prior to starting
