Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join their nursery team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional nursery team.
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
Commitment to supporting children's development and wellbeing.
