Summary

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years of learning and development?

Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join a well-established nursery in Tower Hill, London (E1W). We are recruiting for both the Babies Room (3–12 months) and the Infant Room (1–2 years).

Whether you hold a Level 2, Level 3 qualification, or have relevant childcare experience and are looking to begin your Early Years career, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a supportive nursery that values professional development and high-quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Act as a Key Person where appropriate.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of a friendly Early Years team.
Candidate Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
Applications from unqualified candidates with relevant childcare experience are also welcome.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Enhanced DBS check required before employment.
