Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize legal committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
Prepare and maintain accurate minutes and records of committee meetings, ensuring timely circulation to all members.
Liaise with legal professionals and committee members to facilitate communication and information exchange.
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies during committee operations.
Support the preparation and review of legal documentation and reports related to committee activities.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Monitor action points arising from committee meetings and track progress to ensure follow-up.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in legal administration or committee support roles.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
