Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Enforcement Case Officer to join our Admin & Clerical team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the enforcement process by managing case documentation, liaising with relevant departments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and organization of case files, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures. This position requires strong administrative skills, an ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and excellent communication abilities. As an Enforcement Case Officer, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to progress enforcement actions efficiently, assisting in preparing reports and tracking case statuses. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate enforcement case files and documentation.
Coordinate communication between enforcement officers, legal teams, and administrative staff.
Prepare and process enforcement notices, letters, and other related correspondence.
Track case progress and ensure timely updates within database systems.
Assist with the preparation of reports and case summaries for review.
Schedule and organize meetings, hearings, and site visits as required.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legal requirements in case handling.
Respond to internal and external queries related to enforcement cases efficiently.
Support continuous improvement of administrative procedures within the enforcement team.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within enforcement or legal environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications such as MS Office.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document handling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Understanding of relevant enforcement procedures and legal frameworks is an advantage.
