Healthcare Assistant - Dementia Care

Location: Somerset (TA4 Area)

Job Type: Temporary
We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants in the TA4 area of Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing person-centred care and support
• Assisting service users living with dementia
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records

Requirements:
• Previous care experience preferred
• Dementia Awareness Certificate
• Mandatory Training Certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Shift Pattern:
• Day Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Hours:
• Ongoing work available
• Up to 200 hours per week available across the service

Start Date:
14 June 2026
