Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Landscape Team Leader to join our operations team. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping work, supervising a small team, and maintaining strong client relationships on-site.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you'll take ownership of landscaping tasks on-site, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards. You'll manage one Operative, lead daily operations, and act as the key contact for client communication. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and the chance to grow as we do
Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding landscape work
Managing tools, materials, and machinery effectively
Communicating with clients and upholding professional standards
Ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks
Supporting improvements and sharing best practices
Monitoring site activity, reporting any issues to your Site Manager
Person Specification
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on-site
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Professional, courteous, and positive attitude
Requirements
CSCS card (valid card preferable or we can assist you to obtain a card but we would not be able to confirm a start date until that is obtained)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Hard and Soft Landscaping experience (essential)
