This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a background in FMCG or food production, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance.You’ll play a key role on the shop floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities· Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives· Deliver daily production targets across output, efficiency, and waste· Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards· Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives· Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams· Support training, onboarding, and performance management· Maintain a safe working environment in line with company policiesRequirements· Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in food manufacturing· Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP standards· Proven leadership and people management skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment· Strong communication and problem-solving skills· Flexible to work shiftsBenefits· Competitive salary + overtime opportunities· Career progression within a growing business· Ongoing training and development· Supportive team environment
