Summary

What’s the Job?
We are seeking an instructor to deliver mandatory and in-house training courses to professionals within the Health & Social Care Industry.
The Commercial Development and Delivery Team are responsible for delivering a variety of professional qualifications, including certificated and bespoke courses, in a College that aims to be one step ahead.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for Health & Social Care Instructors with current, relevant qualifications and experience to deliver a range of mandatory and bespoke training courses to the sector. Instructors will deliver from the following range of qualifications, depending on their experience and relevant qualifications:
• Workshops
o Infection control
o Medication Awareness
o Adult Support and Protection
• Introduction to Social Care Course
• HNC Social Services
• PDA Health & Social Care Supervision
You will be suitably qualified and experienced working within the sector. Experience of delivering certificated courses would be an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
To succeed in this role, you will have some or all of the following:
• A relevant certification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Practical experience working within a care setting is essential.
• A Group Training Certificate or similar is desirable.
• Experience delivering mandatory or certificated training courses (e.g., Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Medication Awareness) is desirable.
• Strong customer service, organisation, teamworking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital skills relevant to the role, including experience using MS Office and any job-specific systems.
• Adaptability to evolving digital tools and a willingness to continuously improve digital competencies.
• Full UK Driving Licence
