Summary
Join our team at ICS Cleaning Services as a Cleaning Supervisor in Grimsby! In this full-time role, you'll oversee cleaning operations at a school site, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for students and staff. Your flexible hours will range between 7am and 10pm, including weekends, allowing for a dynamic work schedule.
Key duties:
- Supervise the cleaning workforce to ensure all areas are well maintained.
- Conduct staff inductions and ongoing training sessions.
- Inspect and check completed work to guarantee cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage equipment usage, ensuring all tools are used safely and checked for compliance.
- Maintain stock levels and complete necessary documentation for safety and stock management.
- Liaise with the cleaning manager and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a right to work in the UK.
- Valid driving licence; a forklift licence is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience, particularly in a shopping mall environment, is advantageous.
- A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
