Key Duties:
- Supervise cleaning staff while ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
- Conduct audits and create cleaning schedules for your team.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels, placing orders as necessary.
- Liaise with the cleaning manager to discuss team performance and any issues.
- Arrange cover for staff absences and report any on-site problems.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cleaning supervisor experience is preferred.
- A current enhanced DBS certificate is essential for this role.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are a must.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
