Summary
The post holder will provide operational Human Resources support and advice across a range of employee relations and workforce matters. Responsibilities will include advising managers and staff on: HR policies and procedures Employment legislation and best practice Agenda for Change terms and conditions Attendance management Disciplinary, grievance and capability matters Organisational change and workforce redesign Investigations and hearings Workforce reporting and HR systems The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, work collaboratively with HR colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of a responsive and professional HR service across the Trust. The role requires the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads effectively and maintain excellent working relationships with managers, staff representatives and colleagues across the organisation.
