Summary
Recruitment DBS Update With effect from 6 January 2026, all new employees who require a DBS as part of their role and current employees who require a new DBS or different level of DBS, will be recharged for the cost. Costs will only be recovered where individuals are not already paying this directly through the annual DBS Update Service. Deductions for bank workers will be made weekly upon completion of mandatory training when payment is made and before any shifts can be worked.
