This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern specialist school designed to support pupils with Autism, Complex Communication needs and a range of additional learning needs. You will:
- Support pupils with Autism and communication needs both inside and outside the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging and personalised learning.
- Build positive relationships that help students develop confidence, independence and social skills.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
