Summary


Nottinghamshire Health Informatics Service (NHIS) is seeking an Admin Support Officer to join our small, welcoming and collaborative admin team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative and secretarial functions that support NHIS Senior Managers and the Programme Management Team.

Your work will help us deliver on our core purpose: supporting the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support— Deliver comprehensive admin and secretarial support to NHIS Senior Managers and the Programme Team.
• Meeting coordination— Schedule meetings, issue timely notifications, take accurate minutes, produce clear documentation and distribute papers.
• Document management— Maintain minutes and project documentation within the configuration library.
• Telephone handling— Manage incoming calls, take messages, follow up actions and make calls on behalf of the corporate support team.
• Appointment scheduling— Coordinate diaries, schedule regular commitments and keep staff informed of progress.
