About the RoleIn this role, you will:Support the smooth running of the IDAS referral and assessment hub.Handle enquiries and referrals, inputting information into the case management system.Provide advice, information, and assistance to those contacting the hub.Assist with data collation for reporting and monitoring purposes.Help coordinate Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) processes when required.Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.Attend meetings, training, and supervision sessions to support continuous improvement.Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
