This is a varied and busy role supporting Service Managers and Area Operations Managers who lead services for people with a learning disability. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, manage office systems and phone lines, and help develop smarter digital ways of working.
You’ll liaise with HR, Payroll, Training, IT and Resourcing teams, coordinate and report on key data, and deliver a professional, high-quality service to our management team – helping ensure the best possible support for the people we support.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re flexible, confident juggling multiple tasks, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Strong typing and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience drafting letters and reports
- Previous admin support experience (ideally supporting managers)
- Confident telephone and message-handling skills
- Experience taking meeting notes
- Recruitment experience (desirable, not essential)

If you’re ready for your next challenge with an organisation that truly makes a difference, this could be the role for you.
