You will work with project managers across several projects, drawing on a diverse range of transferrable skills.
Your ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and influence ways of working will be critical to success, developing and delivering C&E plans. You will help create proactive communication materials for internal teams and external delivery partners. You will embed EDI measures, advising teams on how to maintain an accessible and equitable approach.
The future frameworks space can be fast-paced and you will need to be adaptable, curious and resilient to change. Working with our Senior Engagement Advisor, you will help align engagement to other activities in the business.
Responding to incidents is also part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training, and alternative working arrangements will be available to enable you in your incident role.
