The Opportunity:
The Project Archivist (Salvesen) will catalogue and promote the Archives of Christian Salvesen Ltd. through the Archives Revealed Funded Project ‘The Last Catch: Surfacing Stories from the Salvesen Whaling Archive’. The successful candidate will also review existing data protection and access restrictions, and will liaise with project partners - including South Georgia Heritage Trust, Living Memory Association (Leith) and academic stakeholders - to deliver engagement activity and ensure relevant knowledge and perspectives are appropriately reflected in the catalogue to support future use.
