Summary
-Act as the specialist lead for perinatal and infant mental health, providing expert advice, clinical guidance and support to practitioners. -Maintain clinical skills and act as a point of escalation for complex cases, demonstrating sound clinical judgement and autonomous decision-making. -Lead the development and embedding of evidence-based PIMH practice, ensuring alignment with NICE guidance and national policy. -Develop and implement policies, pathways and protocols across organisational and multi-agency boundaries. -Use clinical data, audit and service user feedback to drive continuous quality improvement, safety and performance monitoring. -Produce reports on service activity, outcomes and impact for senior leaders and commissioners. -Provide clinical supervision, mentorship and preceptorship to staff and students. Identify learning needs and support the development of askilled, confident workforce.
