Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Crumpsall, Manchester, seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity working with pupils who require additional support to access learning and achieve their potential.

The role is expected to continue until the end of the academic year, offering consistency and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in children's lives.

Role Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Daily rate: £102 - £115 per day
- September start
- Ongoing until the end of the academic year
- Primary school setting

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or educational setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing.
