Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £20.00 per hour when individual production targets are achieved.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 4:30pm
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Production MIG Welder on behalf of our Wolverhampton-based client.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established manufacturing business specialising in the production of frames. The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced production environment, welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thick to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- MIG welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thickness.
- Working to production schedules and quality standards.
- Meeting individual production targets.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working area.
- Previous experience in a production MIG welding role.
- Ability to weld mild steel to a high standard.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.76 per hour.
- Performance-related earnings of up to £20.00 per hour when production targets are met.
