Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in GB. Based in our local community, you will play a vital role in supporting young people's growth and development, aligning with our mission to provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities

Support young people in their daily activities and personal development.
Implement and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment.
Encourage participation in education, training, and life skills activities.
Maintain accurate records of progress and incidents.
Communicate effectively with young people, colleagues, and families.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
Experience working with children or young people.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare are desirable but not essential.
IT literacy for record keeping.
