As an Automation Technician, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Assisting in the design, programming, and testing of automation & control systems
• Troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery and control systems
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians on automation projects
• Supporting the implementation of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Conducting system diagnostics and performance analysis
• Providing technical support and documentation for automation processes
We’re looking for an Automation Technician with the following skills and experience…
• Experience in a similar position (ideally 5 years but can be flexible)
• PLC programming knowledge (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi) preferred
• Understanding of control systems, and industrial automation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & organisational skills
• Excellent communication with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
In return, the successful Automation Technician will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus the following benefits…
