Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant educational or teaching qualifications (e.g. , NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student learning and well-being
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices
- Familiarity with special educational needs (SEND) or behaviour management strategies
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain
