What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to join the Burton Manor team. If you are passionate about high‑quality teaching, committed to raising standards and excited by the opportunity to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be someone who can bring energy, creativity and commitment to our team. You will:

• Champion every child and help them achieve their very best.

• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Inspire and challenge learners who are eager and motivated.

• Use strong pedagogical skills to ensure all pupils can Reach for Success.
• Adapt planning to meet individual needs and remove barriers to learning.
• Lead and develop a curriculum subject with confidence.
