Summary
Job Purpose
Entry-level supervisory role focused on learning and development. You will support the Level 4 Supervisor to manage a production line/area, ensuring smooth operations, meeting targets, and maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and team performance.
Shift Pattern
• Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Support, motivate, and monitor staff to achieve production targets while promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
• Performance: Assist in improving efficiency (OEE/APQ) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders; participate in daily huddles and use systems such as Redzone.
• Production & Scheduling: Support production planning, run rates, changeovers, and recovery of downtime.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain product quality standards and reduce complaints; ensure full compliance with food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards.
• Waste & Yield: Help meet yield targets and minimise waste.
• Stock Control: Support material usage, FIFO processes, and date management.
