Based in the Wolverhampton area, this is a Permanent position from day one. We are looking for individuals with the ambition and capability to progress into senior leadership roles. This is far from a standard supervisory position.
Shift Pattern
• Tuesday to Thursday: 14:30 – 23:00
• Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30

• Experience within food manufacturing (poultry experience advantageous)
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
• Clear ambition to progress into a Production Manager role
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will take full ownership of your production area—driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and leading your team to success.
You will play a key role in the wider operation, stepping up in the absence of the Production Manager, contributing to decision-making, and representing your department with confidence. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to grow into senior leadership and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to consistently achieve targets
• Set clear expectations and drive accountability
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Drive key performance metrics including OEE, yield, and waste reduction
• Analyse data to identify opportunities and implement improvements
• Take ownership of problem-solving and operational efficiency
Communication
• Lead daily briefings, team huddles, and performance updates
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
• Promote a collaborative, “one team” environment
Operations
• Manage production schedules, output, and plan attainment
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and quality standards are upheld at all times
• Take ownership of quality issues and drive corrective actions
