Summary
Rubik Builders Limited is a Telford-based construction and retrofit contractor looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking General Construction Labourer to join our site teams across projects in Telford and the surrounding Midlands area.
The successful candidate will assist trades operatives and site supervisors with general labouring duties including manual handling, loading and unloading materials, site clearance, preparation works, and maintaining site cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
A valid CSCS card is essential. Previous construction site experience is required. Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, and punctual with a professional attitude on site. Due to company vehicle insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 24 or over.
A company van will be provided for travel to and from sites. Full training and development opportunities are available, and the right candidate will be offered a full-time permanent contract after one year.
The role is offered on a zero-hours basis at £12.75 per hour, paid monthly. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
