Bespoke Career Solutions are recruiting for a Factory Labourer to support a busy heavy industrial factory environment in Telford.
This is a hands-on role where you will help keep production areas running smoothly by assisting with moving parts between machines, cleaning work areas, removing waste metals, and taking scrap materials to recycling bays in the yard.
This Factory Labourer role would suit someone who is physically fit, reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a busy industrial setting.

Opportunity to support a growing manufacturing team
Duties will include
Moving parts around the factory between machines
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Removing waste metal from production areas
Taking waste and scrap materials to recycling bays in the yard
Supporting machine operators and production teams where required
General factory labouring duties
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous experience as a Factory Labourer, industrial labourer, factory operative, production operative, yard operative, or general labourer would be beneficial
Comfortable with heavy industrial work
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work Monday to Friday on day shifts
Good awareness of health and safety in a factory or manufacturing environment
