What will the Payroll & Systems Manager role involve?
• Acting as the expert resource for payroll queries, supporting staff and management with payroll and system-related issues
• Managing and developing payroll systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to optimise data flow, reporting, and audit processes
• Supporting system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing system health to foster continual improvement
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll & Systems Manager vacancy:
• Strong technical expertise with payroll systems, including implementation or improvement projects
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience supervising or supporting team members is advantageous but not essential
