Your new opportunity
Quarriers Lyssenmore is a Supported Living & Care at Home service in North Ayrshire. You’ll support adults in their own homes and out in the community, helping them achieve what matters most to them. No two days are the same - and that’s exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
What you’ll do
- Support people with daily routines, activities and community connections
- Build trusting relationships and promote confidence and independence
- Work as part of a supportive team delivering personalised, outcome-focused care
- Help people live the life they choose — on their terms
Working pattern
- Permanent contracts between 16–32 hours per week
- Flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Rotas planned around 4–6 weeks in advance
We are also looking to grow our relief team, so if you’re interested in more flexible, as-and-when work alongside (or instead of) a contracted post, we’d still love to hear from you.
What you’ll bring
