Salary: £25,683.39 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 2pm–10pm, one weekend on / one weekend off

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Office Administrator to join our team at the Melton Distribution Centre.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our stores receive accurate, timely deliveries and that our logistics operation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Order coordination - Manage the shops’ ordering process, dispatch orders and maintain the order queue.
* Despatch administration - Issue loading tickets, create dispatch notes and allocate trucks/trailers.
* Logistics problem‑solving - Reroute deliveries, support with vehicle issues and keep operations moving.
* Store communication - Update stores on delivery schedules and resolve any queries.
* Operational support - Assist loading and picking teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Experience in administration or logistics is helpful but not essential.
* Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites.
